At Dollar Dad Club, our goal is to provide affordable, accessible healthcare with quality medications and seamless support. If you have an issue with your order, please contact our patient care team at support@DollarDadClub.com.
Prescription Medications

Due to federal regulations, we do not accept returns of prescription medications once they have been shipped or delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order anytime before the pharmacy dispatches your medication. Once it has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@DollarDadClub.com. If your order has not been dispatched, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
