Simply select your required therapy, click ‘Get Started’ and respond to complete our short eligability form, select your plan and checkout. After checkout, you will be asked to complete a medical intake which our team of US-based doctors will carefully review and write your new prescription. You’ll receive a response from one of our doctors within approximately 24 hours. In certain States, a video or phone consultation or live chat might be necessary. In such cases, one of our doctors will promptly reach out to you and conduct the consultation using the required method.
We pride ourselves for offering treatment through prescription medication at significantly lower prices compared to other websites, and even cheaper than your local pharmacy.

We do not accept insurance. We believe an individual’s access to quality care should not depend on a third party’s opinion. Dollar Dad Club has removed the barriers traditional insurers can cause and replaced them with transparency and convenience. Yes. Each doctor you interact with is licensed to prescribe medicine and treat patients in the state you live in. This allows you to get the medications you need, on your schedule, hassle-free.

Yes. You can choose to use your local pharmacy and our doctors can send your prescription to them. However, the cheapest pricing and most convenient option will be through Dollar Dad Club’s network of affiliated pharmacies. We cannot guarantee drug pricing at your local pharmacy.

You'll be billed when you select your plan so we can immediately begin working with our doctor and pharmacy network to avoid delays and get your medication to you fast.

We treat patients 18 years of age and older. If you are younger than 18 years of age, please seek treatment from a local primary care physician.

State regulations require that our medical providers see who we are treating. That is why we may ask you to take a picture of yourself and your photo ID.

Dollar Dad Club offers service in the United States only but based on the therapy and medication being prescribed, there may be restrictions based on state. This will be disclosed and confirmed per therapy and as part of the intake process. DollarDadClub.com doesn't currently offer service in Alaska or South Carolina.
No. Your medication will ship via Rush No-Contact delivery, a signature is not required.
You can change your method of payment at any time. Login to your Dollar Dad Club account and follow the prompts.
Click on the “Contact us” section of this site and create a ticket. Our team will then review and get back to you to resolve your inquiry.
Once you complete the online visit, you’ll hear back from one of our US-based doctors in 24 hours (some States will require a live chat or video consultation). Orders will then be sent to the dispensing pharmacy and shipped.
Login to your Dollar Dad Club account and update your shipping address at any time. Once your medication is shipped and delivered, you can change your address for all future shipments.

Returns

Login to your Dollar Dad Club account and reorder or cancel at any time. You will be contacted before your medication is to be refilled and billed to your credit card. Your medication will then be shipped.
Federal and State law do not allow medication returns. Therefore, all sales are final. If you have a specific concern, please create a ticket in the “Contact us” section and we’ll get back with you.
